Returns Policy

Returns

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Rejected Shipments

• If a shipment is rejected due to failure to pay customs, duties, or taxes, we will charge a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees for the return of the item(s) to our warehouse.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
